He brings over a decade of human capital strategy consulting experience focused within the single most important assets of business, its people. These experiences paved the way for the businesses founded and exited, consulting engagements for multinational firms and government parastatals consulting on their strategic human capital operations and relationship management. Bruno earned his bachelor of arts (Communications and Political Science) degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario. He is a designated Human Capital Strategist, a Certified Human Resource Professional, a professional member of the Institute of Project Management and the Canadian Pilots and Owners Association.

His experience encompasses 13 years within the aviation sector five (5) of which he acted as a manager catering to major international airlines such as Air Transat, West Jet and Sunwing Airlines. Mr. Haynes has also served as a consultant with several publicly traded Canadian mining and exploration companies. He has provided logistical support and consultation for Canadian exploration companies operating in Guyana, South America. His exposure within the natural resource sector spans over seven (10) years during which Mr. Haynes acted as a Junior manager for several mining camps. Mr. Haynes studied at the University of Western Ontario and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Studies. He is an active member of the Toronto community engaging in community programs through his membership of the Urban Pilots Network.

Eugene won a full tuition waiver at the University of Arizona, where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration. After working as an M&A and statistical arbitrage trader at a hedge fund, Eugene was involved in managing bespoke derivative transactions in the New York office of a Zurich-based re-insurer Swiss Re. In Toronto Eugene managed clients’ portfolio at a boutique investment management firm. While pursuing MBA degree at McGill, he spent a semester at Tsinghua University in Beijing where he worked in a private equity arm of one of Asia’s largest Science Parks – TUSPark Ventures. Eugene is a CFA charter-holder.
